Once you have recieved your quote, simply print off and fill in a repair form here, and send the form and your device, packaged securely (preferably via royal mail recorded delivery). to our workshop

Please include any relevant accessories with your device, i.e Car charger or docking station to rule out issues related to your accessories
Your device will be repaired by one of our technicians we will then contact you to process payment, via either PayPal, debit or credit card. We will then dispatch your TomTom via Royal Mail special delivery. Please note: due to a recent large volume of repairs our turnaround window has been extended to up to 5 business days
We operate on a 100% No-Fix - No -Fee basis. If we cannot repair your unit then you will incur absolutely no costs. Final Repair , with no hidden fees are confirmed before the repair, and no payment is taken until your unit has been tested and ready to leave our workshop
All of our repairs are covered under a three month guarantee, In the case of a problem returning- it will be repaired at no extra cost
